Estimation Specialist
This role involves working on various projects across different sectors.
We provide training in the most up-to-date estimating techniques and software. As part of the tender bid team, you will scrutinise project requirements, review scope, assess costing needs, and analyse data to assist in preparing tender cost proposals.
* Tender documentation review, including drawings, specifications, reports, and general scope of works requirements.
* Pricing consultant, subcontractor, and material packages for review using the latest estimating software.
* Review and analysis of consultant, subcontractor, and materials costs for comparison purposes.
* Ongoing management of tender documents.
* Pricing preliminary items for senior management review.
* Assistance with tender document completion and return.
* Assistance in preparation of project handover reports, including collation of necessary and associated documentation.
* Maintenance of estimating data for reports and tender applications.
