This role will provide direct operational support to project teams, ensuring that health, safety, environmental, quality and wellbeing standards are consistently implemented and maintained on site

Health & Safety Manager Responsibiliti
s: Lead and manage the health and safety function on assigned project
(s)Provide expert advice and guidance to project managers, engineers and supervisors on all safety requireme
ntsEnsure health and safety is fully embedded across planning, delivery and project close-out sta
gesEnsure full compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and company procedu
resLead the development, review and implementation of project safety plans, risk assessments and method stateme
ntsCarry out regular site inspections, audits and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemen
tedMonitor subcontractor compliance and provide ongoing support where requi
redPromote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and engagement with site te
amsDeliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and training sessions to employees and subcontract
orsEncourage open communication on safety matters and ensure lessons learned are shared across te
amsPrepare and present regular safety performance reports to project and senior managem
