CTI is seeking a highly organised and reliable Administration Officer to support our CCTV & Security teams. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of the business and requires strong computer, communication, and organisational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing engineers' daily and weekly work schedulesAnswering the main office phone, taking messages, and directing callsPreparing and typing quotations, submittals, and work certificatesManaging project documentation, including PO numbers and deadlinesMonitoring project timelines and ensuring paperwork is completed on timeManaging stock control for engineersOrdering materials and products as requiredMaintaining general office records and filing systemsChecking eTenders for upcoming project opportunitiesSupporting management with general administrative tasksEssential RequirementsApplicants must have:Strong working knowledge of:o Microsoft Wordo Microsoft Excelo Microsoft OutlookExcellent computer and IT skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and prioritiseStrong organisation and time-management skillsGood communication and telephone mannerAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDesirable (Not Essential)Previous experience in an engineering, electrical, or security industryExperience with stock control or purchasingWhat We OfferA stable, long-term roleA supportive and professional working environmentOpportunity to grow with the companyCompetitive salary based on experienceSend your Cover Letter and CV to / Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
