We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
About the Role:
* Analyse building plans and documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labour costs versus estimates;
* All quantity surveying duties including measurements, valuation and agreement of work sections;
