Scheduler
to join their team.
This role is an ideal fit for an efficient and detailed-oriented individual with a talent for organising information, coordinating rosters and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
The Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring project-related services are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include:
* Gaining a clear understanding of client requirements and expectations
* Working closely with the Contract Management and Operations teams to support project delivery
* Managing projects and developing detailed schedules to support execution
* Coordinating and scheduling resources to ensure efficient project delivery
* Maintaining and monitoring detailed project schedules to track engineering team progress
* Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and costs using appropriate control and verification methods
* Measuring and reporting project performance for internal stakeholders and client reporting
* Supporting budget management by monitoring costs and adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis
Experience & Skills:
* Fluent English speaker with permission to work in Ireland
* Previous experience in a similar scheduling or project coordination role
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* High level of IT proficiency and reporting skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proactive team player with the ability to multitask
* Capable of working independently while coordinating effectively with wider teams
* Technical background in mechanical or electrical disciplines desirable, but not essential
