We have an exciting opportunity for a Fitout Site Manager to join our team. As a Fitout Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Management: Oversee the site labour force and specialist subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Project team to monitor progress and meet agreed programme targets.
3. Quality Control: Ensure all works are delivered to the highest quality standards.
4. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
5. Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with supply chain and subcontractors.
Requirements
* 5–10 years' experience in Site Management
* Previous Main Contractor experience, ideally large-scale commercial/mixed-use development projects
* Third level qualification or Trades background
* Excellent IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft software
* Strong delegation and organisational skills
* Ability to work well within a team
