Requirements: The successful candidate should possess a relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or hold an equivalent professional qualification OR; Have 7+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar role. Demonstrated expertise in building projects in Ireland. Duties: Hold a relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or equivalent professional qualification. Have 7+ years of post-graduate experience in a Clerk of Works or similar role previously in building projects. Proven ability to deliver projects to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and attention to detail. Expertise in monitoring construction drawings, quality standards, and health and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with contractors, design teams, and stakeholders. Strong capability to identify and address construction issues proactively, ensuring quality control. Package: Competitive salary in the range of €75k - €85k Comprehensive benefits package.
