Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to resolve daily issues and assist with troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong data analysis skillset and experience applying Six Sigma or equivalent structured problem-solving approaches. They will also have knowledge of Lean techniques and be familiar with equipment validation and documentation within a regulated industry.
You will work closely with material suppliers to ensure that machine and process capability match. Additionally, you will collaborate with the development team on new equipment or processes to establish robust process windows and effective handover to production.
Other key responsibilities include leading QN, Customer Complaint, and CAPA investigations, as well as ensuring that all group activities are fully compliant with the Business Quality Policy.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* 10 years of process engineering experience with people management
* Experience with high-speed automation and precision mechanical setup
