We are seeking a Senior Acquisitions Project Manager based in Dublin Head Office that will be responsible for Logistics property requirements, sale and leaseback projects and larger mixed use store developments.
What you'll do
Managing all aspects of the Acquisition process for sites with a particular focus on complex mixed use development schemes in a fast paced target driven retail environment
The role includes strategic planning, site identification and appraisal, negotiations with Vendors, development end-users, legal contract negotiations, as well as managing the Board Approval and planning permission processes
The role involves project managing various stakeholders including Design teams, Solicitors, Agents, Council officials and Landowners on a regular basis to achieve targets
Develop and manage good business relationships with company business partners, such as lawyers, architects and engineers
What you'll need
Bachelor's Degree (min 2.1) in a relevant field: Business, Property, Construction, Engineering
Minimum 2 – 3 years' experience in a Property role with a proven track record and strong drive to succeed
Experience in a Project Management role would be advantageous
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Full Driving licence is essential
Flexibility regarding working location will be required
German would be an advantage but not essential
