Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing clear and effective written proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct onsite surveys to gather information required for quotations.
* Complete quotations concisely on the SAGE system and submit them to customers in a timely manner.
* Provide customers with detailed technical information about products being sold.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and products.
* Collaborate with Management to monitor and improve sales processes and workflows.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
* Submit regular sales activity reports and analysis to Management.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Strong knowledge of home improvement products and construction principles.
* Ability to accurately price projects and negotiate with customers.
* Excellent IT skills and ability to use basic software.
* Desirable qualification in home improvements, construction or related fields.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position based in our office in Tralee. Salary and commission package is open to negotiation based on experience.
