Job Description:
Clinical Nurse Manager II Medical Oncology is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and clinical skills to manage the day-to-day activities of the Oncology Day Unit. The successful candidate will have experience in nursing management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving high-quality patient care.
The post holder will be responsible for coordinating, assessing, planning, delivering, and reviewing service user care by all staff in designated areas. They will also provide safe, comprehensive nursing care to patients within the guidelines laid out by NMBI (Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland).
In addition to their clinical responsibilities, the Clinical Nurse Manager II Medical Oncology will be expected to participate in teams / meetings / committees as appropriate, communicating and working co-operatively with other team members. They must facilitate coordination cooperation liaison across healthcare teams effectively ensuring seamless delivery quality patient outcomes.
