If you're passionate about managing large-scale database estates, enjoy solving complex challenges, and thrive in high-availability environments, we want to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesManage large-scale databases (TB-level), across Unix/Linux and Windows platformsInstall, configure, upgrade, and administer multiple Oracle DB versionsImplement high availability solutions using RAC, GoldenGate, and Data GuardAdminister ASM instances and manage Exadata environmentsPlan and execute database migrations, patching, and tech refreshesPerform backup and recovery using RMAN and third-party toolsMonitor and tune database performance using AWR, ADDM, ASH, and moreLead proactive database analysis, issue resolution, and capacity planningAdminister Oracle Grid Control and configure OEM monitoring toolsAutomate routine DBA tasks via Shell scripting, SQL, and PL/SQLMentor and guide L1/L2 DBAs, ensuring adherence to SOPs and best practicesProvide 24x7 on-call support for production and critical application databasesCore Technical SkillsStrong expertise in Oracle Database AdministrationHigh Availability setups ( RAC, GoldenGate, Data Guard )Experience with Exadata, ASM, and OEMStrong scripting (Shell, SQL, PL/SQL) and performance tuningDeep understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management)
