Balmer Dawson Executive Search is excited to partner with a leading Dublin based Charity in the search for an Individual Giving Manager to lead the development and execution of their donor acquisition and retention strategies. 3 years experience in a charity or non-profit organisation working within the area of fundraising is essential in order to apply for this role. As the Individual Giving Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the charity's income through the development and implementation of its regular/individual giving strategy, focusing on supporter acquisition, retention, and stewardship plans and campaigns, with a strong emphasis on growing long-term sustainable income, reach, and engagement. The Role: This key role will focus on building and growing this organisation's regular / individual giving programs, ensuring the effective management of donor communications, and exploring new fundraising channels to maximise income. You will play a pivotal role in increasing their donor base and ensuring long-term engagement with individual supporters. Key Responsibilities: Donor Strategy: Manage and enhance Regular / Individual Giving Strategy, focusing on donor retention and acquisition across various channels (Direct Mail, Digital Fundraising, etc.). Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of direct mail and digital campaigns, ensuring creative development, implementation, and impact evaluation. Donor Communication: Develop engaging donor communications and support the management of donor days, invitations, and other engagement activities. Data Management: Utilise the database to analyse donor trends, segment communications, and ensure GDPR compliance. Team Collaboration: Work closely with regional fundraising teams to tailor campaigns and share best practices. What You Bring: Experience: 3+ years in individual / regular giving fundraising, with proven success in donor acquisition, direct mail, and digital fundraising. Skills: Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency in database management and digital marketing. Education: A third-level qualification in marketing, communications, or business, with a relevant fundraising qualification (CII or similar) preferred. Personal Attributes: Passion for social justice, flexible, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
