Balmer Dawson Executive Search is excited to partner with a leading Dublin based Charity in the search for an Individual Giving Manager to lead the development and execution of their donor acquisition and retention strategies. 3 years experience in a charity or non-profit organisation working within the area of fundraising is essential in order to apply for this role. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced, and creative fundraising manager to make a significant impact. As the Individual Giving Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the charity's income through the development and implementation of its regular/individual giving strategy, focusing on supporter acquisition, retention, and stewardship plans and campaigns, with a strong emphasis on growing long-term sustainable income, reach, and engagement. The Role: This key role will focus on building and growing this organisation's regular / individual giving programs, ensuring the effective management of donor communications, and exploring new fundraising channels to maximise income. You will play a pivotal role in increasing their donor base and ensuring long-term engagement with individual supporters. Key Responsibilities: Donor Strategy: Manage and enhance Regular / Individual Giving Strategy, focusing on donor retention and acquisition across various channels (Direct Mail, Digital Fundraising, etc.). Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of direct mail and digital campaigns, ensuring creative development, implementation, and impact evaluation. Donor Communication: Develop engaging donor communications and support the management of donor days, invitations, and other engagement activities. Data Management: Utilise the database to analyse donor trends, segment communications, and ensure GDPR compliance. Team Collaboration: Work closely with regional fundraising teams to tailor campaigns and share best practices. What You Bring: Experience: 3+ years in individual / regular giving fundraising, with proven success in donor acquisition, direct mail, and digital fundraising. Skills: Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency in database management and digital marketing. Education: A third-level qualification in marketing, communications, or business, with a relevant fundraising qualification (CII or similar) preferred. Personal Attributes: Passion for social justice, flexible, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Additional Information & Benefits: Time in Lieu Policy Hybrid Policy Defined contribution pension with a 5% employer and employee contribution with an option to increase to 7% employer contribution on a matching basis. Christmas Bonus of a €250 voucher. Paternity leave of 2 weeks full pay after 12 months of continuous service. Maternity leave of 18 weeks full pay after 12 months of continuous service. Further educational support of up to €1,500 for job relevant courses, plus study and exam leave.
