About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to join Ginos Gelato and take ownership of our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
This is an in-house role suited to someone who enjoys creating content on the ground, reacting quickly to opportunities, and using performance insights to drive real-world footfall and sales.
Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Shoot and edit short-form video content (mobile-first) Create, monitor, and optimise organic and paid social ads Support monthly content shoots with additional self-shot content Track performance and provide monthly insights and recommendations Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms What Were Looking For 24 years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing Strong short-form video creation and editing skills Experience managing social media accounts end-to-end Comfortable analysing insights and adjusting content or ads accordingly Organised, proactive, and commercially minded No specific degree required experience and portfolio matter more than qualifications.
