Our client is a financial services organisation seeking an experienced HR Professional to join their People and Culture team on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Action as the lead for managing the employee lifecycle—from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding—while supporting HR systems, projects, and compliance initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records of employees in line with GDPR regulations while conducting data quality audits regularly.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment with hands-on delivery of HR projects (processes, systems or policies).
