Responsibilities:
* Recruit for a range of IT (security, cyber, IAM, Sailpoint) and GenAI roles including software engineers, scrum masters, data scientists, product strategists/designers/researcher/analysts.
* Works closely with tech and GenAI leaders to understand role requirements
* Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools and platforms (Linkedin, HireEZ, Beamery, Workday)
* Manage the full recruiting cycle; posting, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
* Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Experience Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology.
* Experience recruiting for GenAI roles or advanced technical positions in Machine learning, NLP, or data science.
* Strong sourcing skills and experienced with platforms like Linkedin; GitHub and AI Recruiting tools.
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach and team player.
