Instructional Designer I
The Instructional Designer I collaborates with the Director of Learning & Development to craft, implement, and maintain learning content, programs, and certifications.
This highly collaborative role partners with people from multiple departments in the company to gain context and subject matter expertise ensuring that learning resources are accurate, relevant, customized, and engaging.
Responsibilities:
* Craft high-quality learning programs by collaborating with company SMEs to conduct needs analysis to identify goals and performance gaps gather context specialized knowledge understand career paths subsequent learning resources determine success metrics collect feedback continuously improve programs create engaging effective instructional materials manage course creation projects high level enthusiasm collaboration company SMEs provide help content creation editing needed develop online learning content eLearning video editing AI tools create complementary materials courses PDF guides etc. >>
