Marketing Executive (Ireland, Remote)AcornCloud is a fast-growing childcare SaaS used by creches across Ireland, the UK, and Canada. We help childcare providers run their day with less admin, fewer errors, and better parent communication. We're looking for a hands-on marketing operator who can move fast and drive measurable growth.The RoleYou'll own day-to-day marketing execution. Not strategy decks. Actual results. Your job is simple: get more creches to hear about AcornCloud, try it, and convert.Core Responsibilities• Run local outreach across Ireland. Build relationships with creche owners, managers, early-years groups, and sector bodies.• Drive boots-on-the-ground growth: events, open days, conferences, meetups, onsite demos.• Manage lead generation: email campaigns, follow-ups, lead nurturing, webinar coordination.• Create simple, effective marketing content: case studies, product highlights, short videos, social posts, newsletters.• Manage AcornCloud's Irish social presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) with consistent messaging.• Help execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google) and track basic performance.• Identify local partners: consultants, early-years trainers, CPD bodies, accountants, compliance experts. Build referral loops.• Work with sales to qualify leads, schedule demos, and assist with follow-ups.• Keep tabs on competitor activity in the Irish market and report actionable insights.• Support customer success with comms around product updates and training sessions.What Great Looks Like• You're proactive. No jargon.• You can produce quick scrappy content (Canva-level is fine).• You understand Irish childcare sector dynamics or you're willing to learn fast.• You care about numbers.
