Position: MS Dynamics 365 & Power Applications Specialist
Location: Dublin/Kildare

Key Responsibilities
* Implement and configure MS Dynamics 365 and Power Applications to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into functional specifications.
* Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to Dynamics 365 applications.
* Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and solutions to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
* Create and manage lists, libraries, workflows, and user permissions; ensure data governance and compliance within SharePoint.
* Develop and customize Power Apps and Model-Driven Apps; integrate with MS Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other data sources.
* Use Power Automate to streamline processes and automate data flows across platforms.
* Ensure intuitive UI and mobile/desktop optimized experiences; create comprehensive documentation and conduct end-user training.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify improvements; troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
* Proven experience with MS Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Applications.
* Experience with Model-Driven Apps and their implementations in business environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services.
* Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS; knowledge of other web technologies is a plus.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
* Relevant Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) desirable; experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
* Knowledge of data integration techniques and APIs; understanding of SDLC and security best practices (GDPR compliance).
