Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: Participate in comprehensive training and become a trusted guide for customers—conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain an attractive store with appealing displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing enjoyable.
* Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy environment for customers and coworkers.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services, stay informed about fashion and social media trends, and use knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
* Store Operations: Oversee store operations with efficiency, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
* Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases on social media, turning their haul into a memorable moment.
About You
* Sales-Obsessed Energy: You enjoy selling, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.
* Social & Digital Savvy: You know what's trending and how to translate that into a great customer experience.
* Customer-First Mentality: You understand people and help them feel confident and empowered.
* Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
* Ready to Hustle: You’re organized, self-motivated, and always looking to level up.
Job Requirements
* You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
* You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
* You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
* You can stand for scheduled shifts and manage physical tasks (e.g., lifting 11-35 kg).
* You can bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
* You are passionate about providing opportunities for customers to express themselves.
* You are energized by interacting with customers and committed to excellent service.
* You align with Claire's values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
* You have strong verbal and written communication skills and basic mathematical ability for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.
* You are a driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn; some stores may require you to work alone at times.
* You stay up to date with fashion trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
* You can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.
