Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Planner to join our team and support our pharmaceutical construction projects. The Construction Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining construction schedules using MS Project, and ensuring that all projects are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain construction schedules for pharmaceutical construction projects
* Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather input and ensure schedule accuracy
* Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure alignment of schedules with project goals and objectives
* Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders
* Utilize best practices in construction planning and scheduling to optimize project timelines
* Support the implementation of efficient project management processes and tools
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
* Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably in pharmaceutical construction projects
* Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
Day-to-day
As a Construction Planner, your day-to-day activities will include creating and updating construction schedules, collaborating with project stakeholders, analyzing project progress, and identifying and mitigating potential risks. You will also be involved in regular communication with the project team to ensure alignment of schedules with project goals and objectives, as well as providing progress reports to stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
