Job Title: HR Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an HR Officer. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to our fast-paced site, working closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in an HR Officer or Senior HR Administrator role, with generalist exposure and CIPD qualification or relevant HR/Business qualification. You will possess solid experience in employee relations, with confidence handling ER issues under guidance, and be comfortable working onsite full-time as the primary HR contact for your location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day HR support to a fast-paced site
* Take the lead on local employee relations matters
* Support employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives onsite
* Liaise with managers and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
What We're Looking For:
* 1-2 years' experience in an HR Officer or Senior HR Administrator role
* CIPD qualified or holding a relevant HR/Business qualification
* Solid experience in employee relations
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
