Candidates must demonstrate the necessary interest, capability, performance and enthusiasm in line with the requirements of this role.Job ObjectivesThis will include the following on a day-to-day basisClinicalManage a caseload, carrying out assessment, evidenced based intervention and evaluation of treatment programmes for individuals presenting with complex mental health difficulties residing in a low secure mental health unit.
