Job Overview
Keurig Dr. Pepper seeks a hands-on experienced Senior Financial Analyst for its Supply Chain Finance team.

Key Responsibilities
* Direct Business Partnering:
o Develop and leverage relationships with Procurement and Corporate functions to achieve product cost and related finance KPIs and goals.
o Constructively challenge the status quo. Comfortable with ambiguity and reaching out to stakeholders to find root cause of problem.
o Provide meaningful insight and recommendations to Senior management.
o Be a trusted advisor and expert to the Procurement team and others, providing support to find common ground solutions that satisfy the needs of multiple stakeholders.
o Identify and lead productivity, process, and continuous improvement activities.
* Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:
o Understand all cost drivers in order to provide accurate and challenging budgets and forecast.
o Track and monitor financial performance by analyzing actual results and comparing to budget or forecast, providing variance analysis and business insights to management.
o Perform deep dive analyses on root cause of issues and make recommendations on resolution of issues.
o Compile weekly/monthly reporting of KPIs and other metrics and present in real-time actionable format.
o Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to pro-actively identify improvement opportunities, minimize risk, and protect continuity of supply.
o Coordinate activities with corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial results and other financial closing activities.
* Decision Support:
o Articulate actionable data-driven insights by leveraging BI tools and storytelling techniques.
o Use business intelligence tools and data analytics to influence others and drive decision making.
o Formulate innovative ideas and map steps that will clearly accelerate the organization towards its goals.
o Participate in function or career development training and develop new skills essential to the future of Supply Chain Finance.

Requirements
* Qualifications:
o BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience (e.g. ACA, ACCA a plus).
o Financial acumen, demonstrated experience problem solving with analytical thinking, and history of business partnership.
o 5+ years' experience, preferably performing supply chain or manufacturing analysis.
o SAP experience preferred; advanced Excel skills required.
o Systems experience (Anaplan, Power BI, Planning Analytics or MicroStrategy, etc.).
o Procurement, Product Costing or Manufacturing and plant experience a plus.
