Red Chair Recruitment are currently seeking a seasoned General Manager for our esteemed clients, a well-established Hotel based in County Kerry.
The successful candidate will boast a proven track record and background as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in effectively managing the operation of a hotel. They will require an outgoing personality, enjoy working in a fast-paced hotel environment, and ensure the smooth running of the hotel on a daily basis across all aspects of hotel operations.
Responsibilities
* 3-5 Years experience in Hotel Management in a busy 3 or 4 star Hotel is essential for this role
* A Hospitality Qualification is considered advantageous
* Oversight and close collaboration with Departmental Managers of the hotel
* Exceptional Communication, Leadership, Organisation and Time Management Skills
* Well-presented, polite manner with a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the guest / customer experience
* Financial acumen is essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRMS
Package Offer
* Competitive Salary of between €60,000 – €65,000 dependent on experience
