Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage areas, ensuring service standards are met, supervising staff, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include managing staff schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams
* Expertise in maintaining Service Standards and Food Service
* Excellent Customer Service skills and Communication abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
* Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is essential
* Relevant certifications in hospitality management or related field are a plus
* Fluent spoken and written English
* You must be legally entitled to work full time in Ireland
