We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, passionate about leading client workshops, with exposure to Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal role holder will have demonstrable experience and a passion for leading interactive client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to uncover business challenges, goals, and process inefficiencies. This role is open to applicants already based in Ireland with an expectation for occasional travel to client site.
The Business Analyst will act as a vital link between business objectives and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes and demonstrate the ability to design and deliver impactful solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead interactive client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to uncover business challenges, goals, and process inefficiencies. Use structured elicitation techniques—such as brainstorming, journey mapping, and prioritisation exercises—to drive clarity and consensus. Ensure all voices are heard, expectations are aligned, and actionable insights are captured to inform solution design. Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications for PowerApps solutions.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities.
* Provide training and documentation for end-users.
* Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement using Power Platform tools.
Required Skills:
* Experience leading interactive client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Microsoft Power Apps.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
* Strong knowledge/exposure of Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
* Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and process flows.

Hiring Process
Once you are successfully selected for interview a dedicated talent acquisition manager will reach out and arrange a short pre-screening call. We want to learn more about you and the experience you can bring to the position. The interview process will have 2-3 stages and we will work around your availability. You will the opportunity to talk with our recruitment team at various points throughout the process. All interview stages will be conducted remotely via video calls and arranged at a time that fits with your schedule. We will close the position once the role is filled.
