Telesales Administrator required in Galway on a full-time contract basis. Immediate Start.
Responsibilities.
* Work closely with the Sales team to increase product range and meet sales targets for a designated customer base.
* Working from a call list, make regular outbound calls to our existing customers to secure their orders.
* Manage inbound calls in line with agreed service levels and liaise with other internal departments to resolve any customer issues promptly.
* Manage delivery size and frequency to ensure efficient use of Supply Chain and Transport resource.
* Build relationships with customers including managing queries
* Manage Sales administration in compliance with GDPR and regulatory processes.
* Maintain, through the effective use of a follow up process, regular contact with new and existing customers to ensure relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
