About Camphill Communities of Ireland, a national social care provider dedicated to supporting people with physical/intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live an ordinary life.
* We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee frontline residential staff and ensure high-quality, person-centred support in line with individual needs and goals.
* Foster a positive team culture by providing coaching, supervision, and professional development opportunities to staff.
* Support the Program Implementation Coordinator in implementing evidence-based practices, action plans, and compliance with HIQA and internal quality standards.
Maintain high standards in record-keeping, medication management, and documentation to meet legal and organisational requirements.
Promote safety and quality by managing risk, health and safety protocols, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
* A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care or in a relevant professional discipline.
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role within the health/social care sector.
* Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.
