Chef de Partie (M/F) – New Opening Dublin
Big Mamma is opening a new chapter in Dublin with the launch of an ambitious project, designed to redefine the hospitality experience at Big Mamma and offer a unique, inspiring atmosphere.
For this new opening, we are looking for Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie who can support the service with care and passion.
Your Goals:
Stock management, inventory, and understanding of food cost
Basic knowledge of the group's artistic direction
Quality control and responsibility for mise en place, hygiene, and safety procedures
Management of the pass and the service
Knowledge of kitchen basics and techniques, ability to reproduce recipes, and familiarity with fresh pasta
Training junior team members, onboarding, and team motivation
