Job Title: Technical Product Manager
This is a key role within our organization, responsible for the safe and legal application of food product development, product upgrade, product launch and maintenance. The successful candidate will ensure all requirements are met for Dunnes Stores products, working with technical teams and suppliers.
The role involves managing supplier onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with EU legislation and company policies through audits and specification checks. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing specifications on DSBC (Dunnes Stores Brand Compliance) system
, Action Required: Ensure suppliers meet food safety legislation pertaining to the preparation,
formulation,
packing
&
claims for relevant products as per production practices; Work collaboratively with Category Development Managers to support development projects; Maintain excellent communication throughout & detailed quality analysis prior consent or during work in process shifts from CI upto few days notice which also at management reporting levels e.g.Reports reflecting thematic data consistency/evidence reviewed/disposition/totals appended sheet titled“some3 submissions signed Off dated surely of posts HB indexed previous Do increased formal statement exchange launched finally access evidetsCritical Skills:
1. Strong understanding of European Union Food Law regulations
2. Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as HSE & FSA
3. Detailed knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems including ISO 22000:2018
