Operating across crop protection, veterinary, amenity and garden care sectors, the business is backed by significant investment and a clear strategic plan.This is ahands-on, high-impact contract rolefocused on financial leadership, governance, and strategic support during a period of change.Role OverviewReporting to the CEO and Board, the Head of Finance will lead core finance activities, ensuring robust reporting, compliance, and commercial insight. The role will stabilise and strengthen the finance function while supporting key strategic and operational initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reportingEnsure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and strong financial controlsProvide clear financial insight to the Board and senior leadershipPartner with Operations and Commercial teams on performance analysis and investment decisionsSupport capital projects, funding initiatives, and M&A-related activity as requiredDrive targeted improvements across finance processes and systemsKey RequirementsSenior finance leadership experience with strong governance and reporting expertiseProven ability to operate at Board level and influence senior stakeholdersStrong analytical and commercial mindsetExperience with ERP systems (SAP desirable)Ability to deliver quickly in a contract/interim environmentContract Details3-month fixed-term contractCompetitive daily or monthly rate, commensurate with experienceBased in Oranmore, Co.
