Title: HRIS Training Specialist Location: Dublin South Duration: 4 Month Temporary contract - ASAP start Opportunity Summary: We're partnering with a leading educational institution to recruit an experienced HRIS Training Specialist for a 4-month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation at a pivotal moment, supporting the roll-out and implementation of key HR systems across the business. If you have a background in classroom-based training delivery, particularly within HR or systems implementation, and have worked with platforms such as Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors, this could be the ideal role for you. You'll be instrumental in ensuring staff are fully trained and confident in using new HR systems, creating and delivering training materials, and supporting knowledge transfer across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, in-person training sessions on HR systems for employees at all levels. Support the implementation of new HR technologies by creating user-friendly training materials, guides, and resources. Tailor training approaches for different audiences, ensuring accessibility and understanding across departments. Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and project stakeholders to coordinate training schedules and content delivery. Act as a go-to support person for system users during the rollout period, helping troubleshoot and provide real-time guidance. Gather feedback post-training to identify gaps and suggest improvements. Key Requirements: Proven experience delivering classroom-based training - ideally within a HR or systems implementation context. Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms - experience with Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar is essential. Background in Learning & Development or Education/Instructional Design is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate a diverse audience. Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and adapt training to meet organisational needs. A proactive, approachable attitude with a passion for upskilling others.
