We provide property maintenance services to a large portfolio of clients throughout Leinster.Key responsibilitiesCarry out and assist with all trade related tasks as an RECI Electrician working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focused responsive repairs team.Reactive maintenance to domestic and commercial propertiesFault finding and repairPeriodic testingPartial and full re-wire of propertiesEnsure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.Work on own initiative to ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently to ensure the right level of customer satisfaction is achieved.Required:Fully qualifiedMinimum 4-5 years post-apprenticeship experienceAccredited Electrical Qualified Certifier (QC)Experience of domestic / property maintenance service - e.g. periodics, rewireSafe Pass (an advantage but not essential)Manual handling (will be provided)A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry.Full Current driving licenceExcellent personal presentation and time keeping skills.Ability to work diligently, as part of a team.Benefits:Company vehicleMobile phoneFinish at 3pm on FridaysAdditional holidays after two years' serviceSalary: €52,000 plus €4,500 tax free subsistence allowanceHours:39 hours - 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday.
