We are seeking an experienced
Mechanical Supervisor
for a prestigious Data Centre project in Sweden.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and quality.
Role:
Develop and implement project schedules ensuring all deliverables are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to meet project timelines.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Drive quality assurance measures, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
Prepare weekly progress reports for senior management and client updates.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, relevant trade certification, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in mechanical or building services, ideally with Data Centre or Industrial project experience.
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong ability to manage and motivate diverse teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent knowledge of construction software and MS Office suite.
Flexibility to work in Sweden on rotation and fluent in English.
Benefits:
Salary circa €75K – €85K DOE
