Role Purpose
This role owns the business analysis and coordination of middleware / iPaaS integrations across ERP, CRM, and core business applications. Working with the Head of Technology & IS, you will drive post-acquisition system alignment, process automation, and integration-led change.
You will act as the business-side lead for integration initiatives, translating business needs into clear, delivery-ready requirements while supporting internal teams and external vendors.
Based in Ireland or the UK, supporting stakeholders across Ireland, the UK, and the US, with limited monthly travel.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business analysis for middleware / iPaaS-based integrations across ERP, CRM, and business systems
* Analyse end-to-end processes to identify integration and automation opportunities
* Define integration-ready requirements, including data flows, triggers, events, and error handling
* Act as the interface between business, IS, and vendors to ensure aligned delivery
* Support ERP and CRM integration initiatives (e.g. NetSuite and CRM platforms)
* Document future-state processes, integration flows, and business rules
* Support project delivery with clarification, risk identification, and RAG reporting
Experience & Skills
* 3–5+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Senior BSA
* Proven experience working with middleware / iPaaS integrations
* Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and automation
* Experience in multi-system ERP / CRM environments
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
* Willingness to travel within the UK / Ireland as required
