We believe great hospitality is provided by great peopleKey Responsibilities:Planning and delivering lessons to suit each swimmer in the classEnsuring safe provision and correct use of all equipmentEstablishing and making sure that safety standards are followed in every lessonsIdentifying participants' abilities and encouraging them to reach their full potentialProviding explanations and demonstrating swimming techniquesCorrecting faults in swimming techniques and identifying ways to improve performance Other ResponsibilitiesBeing a positive role model, creating a positive and fun environment in which to motivate and encourage children and adults to participate in swimmingSetting ground rules for each sessionEvaluating sessions and giving constructive feedbackRegularly assessing each participant's ability and progressAttending team meetings and training sessions as neededAgreeing to abide by a code of conduct and carrying out duties in accordance with BASS and site policies, including equal opportunities, safeguarding children, health and safety at work, etc.The Ideal Person:Experience in Teaching Swimming an advantage .Have a positive attitude with a great work ethicFlexibleExcellent communication skillsSkills RequiredThe ability to deal with customers and their queries and concerns with tact and sensitivity.
