The Project Architect will oversee the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and environmental standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with project teams, preparing design documentation, and contributing to sustainable architectural solutions. The role involves active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and fostering client engagement throughout design and construction phases.QualificationsExpertise in Architecture and Project Management to lead design development and oversee project execution effectivelyProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and preparing detailed design and submittal documentationUnderstanding of Energy and Environmental Design principles and sustainable design practicesStrong organizational and communication skills to coordinate stakeholders and manage project milestonesProven experience in architectural project delivery with a focus on high-quality spatial and environmental outcomesProfessional degree in Architecture, with licensure or equivalent qualification preferredExperience working on environmentally-focused or sustainability-driven architectural projects is a plusBIM through Archicad a strong benefit
