Project Coordinator
As a seasoned construction professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of new build residential projects from greenfield site to handover. With a strong background in project management and engineering, you will have the skills and expertise to manage multiple stakeholders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Construction Management or similar field, with at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects. Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint are essential. Experience working with subcontractors, managing site programmes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations is also desirable.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and review construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements
* Modify and update project programme with senior management to ensure key milestones are met
* Liaise with design team to ensure works are completed according to programme
* Report to Contracts Manager and provide regular updates
* Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors
* Ensure quality of work and coordinate with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management or similar field
* Minimum 5 years experience managing new build residential projects
* Background in engineering desirable
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint
