Key Responsibilities:
* Service existing construction accounts by obtaining orders and proactively establishing new business relationships across the county.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
* Identify new opportunities within the Construction/Home Building industry to drive business growth and maximise sales potential.
* Provide management with regular, detailed reports on customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new products or services.
Skills / Experience Required:
* Proven success in sales within the Building Materials/Hardware sector.
* Extensive knowledge of general building materials and hardware products, with a natural ability to sell.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Highly motivated, results-oriented, optimistic and resilient, with a strong team ethos.
* Full, clean driving licence.
