Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and General Accounts professional to join our team as a temporary/contract role for 15 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable invoices, raising purchase orders, allocating them to the correct nominal accounts, and completing daily production reports.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide clear and concise information to stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing accounts payable invoices
* Raising purchase orders and ensuring they are allocated to the correct nominal accounts
* Completing daily production reports
* Performing monthly CRs payment runs and reconciliations of creditors and nominal accounts on the balance sheet
