This is an exciting opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Advisors to supplement the core customer service workforce on a full-time basis.
Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide superior level customer service and business support to our client's customers using the client's service offering.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for people who speak another language in addition to English.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
* Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
* Maintain accurate records and reports using reporting tools.
* Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Two years proven customer service experience in an agile environment.
* A 2nd level education.
* Excellent self-management skills.
* The ability to collaborate within a team.
* An approachable personality.
* IT proficient.
* Exceptional understanding of reporting tools.
