A well-established Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based in Dublin is looking to hire a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

Responsibilities Assist senior quantity surveyors in the management of project costs and commercial reporting.
Help with the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Support the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project costs and assist in producing regular cost reports.
Contribute to measurement and pricing exercises across mechanical and electrical packages.
Liaise with site teams and suppliers to gather key information for cost tracking.
Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures.
Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in mechanical and electrical contracting.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic QS software (training provided).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and develop within a team-oriented environment.
