Job Description
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing manufacturing processes for the Biomaterials product line within our campus. You will provide critical day-to-day production support while maintaining ownership of manufacturing performance and reliability.
This position involves leading root cause investigations to ensure that issues are promptly addressed and resolved. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, Validation, and Maintenance to maintain the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership from an engineering perspective.
* Sustain manufacturing processes within specific value streams for Biomaterials products.
* Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address product and process issues.
