About The Job

The Associate Director: BIM will lead the delivery of digital projects across multiple industries, champion innovation in information management, and actively contribute to business growth and transformation.
Job Summary
You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple BIM projects across sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, and commercial developments, while supporting WiiGroup’s strategic direction, business culture, and growth objectives.

Experience Required
* 10–15 years of experience in BIM management, digital delivery, or engineering consultancy, ideally across data centre, pharmaceutical, and commercial sectors.
* Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary BIM teams and delivering multiple large‑scale projects concurrently.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills – able to coach, develop, and inspire high‑performing teams.
* Demonstrated experience in business development, proposal writing, and nurturing client relationships to support company growth.
* Deep understanding of ISO 19650, model governance, and digital construction standards.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance, manage budgets, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
* Experience supporting change management and business transformation initiatives within a growing organisation.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at both executive and project delivery levels.
* Innovative mindset – proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance services, adopt emerging technologies, and introduce new delivery models.
* Demonstrated ability to align project execution with corporate goals, business values, and client expectations.
* A “can‑do” attitude, demonstrating accountability, adaptability, and a growth‑focused approach to leadership.
