We're currently experiencing rapid growth and are expanding our sales team to support increased inbound demand and outbound expansion.
The Role
We're hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound and inbound sales efforts.
Your role is simple in theory and demanding in practice:
• Start conversations with agency owners
• Qualify interest and need
• Book high-quality meetings for the founder
This is a front-line role with a clear progression path into Senior SDR and Account Executive.
What You'll Be Doing
• Qualifying inbound leads from paid advertising
• Running outbound outreach via cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn
• Engaging agency owners in direct, professional conversations
• Booking qualified discovery calls
• Keeping CRM records clean and accurate
• Following structured sales processes and scripts
• Working closely with the founder on feedback and improvement
