This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone passionate about data-driven, automated, and personalized marketing campaigns.You'll collaborate closely with marketing, content, design, and paid media teams to maximize HubSpot's potential — improving adoption, creating efficiencies, and delivering outstanding campaign results.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & OwnershipLead the development and execution of global email marketing strategy, including segmentation, campaign goals, testing, and optimization.Own the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it supports strategic marketing and business objectives.Define and implement segmentation strategies for personalized communications.Campaign ExecutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy global email campaigns.Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and engage customers.Create and manage HubSpot assets including campaigns, forms, landing pages, and event setups.Platform ManagementAct as the technical expert for HubSpot troubleshooting, optimization, and integrations.Maintain CRM data hygiene and accuracy.Partner with Paid Media to build and refine target audiences.Reporting & OptimizationOwn email marketing performance, including A/B testing and actionable insights.Build dashboards and reports to monitor campaign effectiveness.Provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.Collaboration & TrainingTrain and support marketing team members to increase HubSpot adoption and proficiency.Create process documents and "how-to" guides.Collaborate across departments to ensure CRM alignment with broader business initiatives.What We're Looking ForYou're an innovator — passionate, accountable, and solutions-focused.
