The Line Maintenance Production Planner is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of scheduled aircraft maintenance tasks. This involves reviewing and preparing necessary parts, tooling, and equipment in advance. Additionally, they must coordinate specialist support and communicate with other teams to optimize maintenance scheduling.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing scheduled line maintenance tasks against technical manuals to ensure readiness.
2. Coordinating specialist support such as NDT, borescope inspections, and additional manpower.
3. Liaising with Airworthiness if manual access or documentation issues arise.
4. Providing feedback to Planning to enhance maintenance scheduling.
5. Monitoring upcoming Hard Time Items (HTIs) and ensuring spares availability.
6. Managing stock movement between bases to meet station requirements.
7. Ensuring adequate station stock levels and responding to alerts on consumables and expendables.
8. Tracking manpower availability and man-hour capacity to support planned tasks.
Requirements:
Candidate Profile:
* A strong understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and associated documentation.
* Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
* Confident working independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AMOS is advantageous.
* Flexible and enthusiastic with solid interpersonal skills.
* Eligible to live, work, and travel freely within the EU.
* Pass a strict airport security vetting process including a 5-year background check.
* An EASA or UK CAA Part 66 Licence is highly valued.
