We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Analyst to join our team during a critical phase of transformation. This pivotal role is focused on shaping and streamlining core IT processes, driving improvements, and supporting the implementation of new IT tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within professional services or legal environments.
* Deep knowledge of ITIL principles (certification preferred) and experience with ITSM tools and operational transformation.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and drive practical solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management—both verbal and written.
* A calm, confident, and polished presence, suited to working in a high-performance organisation.
What You'll Bring:
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma.
* Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies and digital monitoring tools.
* Industry certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, or similar.
About This Role:
This role involves leading process discovery workshops to map existing workflows and identify improvement opportunities. The successful candidate will design future-state processes and support the implementation of ITSM, Asset Management, and other core systems. They will also translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, including process flows and integration points.
