This role is responsible for providing day-to-day consultation and support services to clients, including information related to living, studying, working in Ireland, and assistance with Irish government documentation. The position is service-oriented with performance (KPI) targets, combining customer support with business conversion responsibilities.Key Responsibilities1. Client Service & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients and provide ongoing customer supportRespond promptly to client enquiries and requests with clear, professional, and practical solutionsProvide consultation on daily life in Ireland, education options, employment guidance, and government-related proceduresBuild and maintain long-term, stable client relationshipsContinuously improve client satisfaction and retention2. Business Conversion & KPI ManagementCoordinate with internal teams (Sales and Marketing) to ensure accurate understanding and follow-up of client needsIdentify potential business opportunities during service interactions and support service-to-sales conversionAchieve individual and team KPI and performance targets as set by the company3. Communication & CoordinationManage client communications primarily in Chinese (Mandarin)Handle government-related documentation and correspondence in English, including emails, forms, and official communicationsParticipate in client meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action itemsAct as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and avoid miscommunicationRequirements1. EducationLeaving Certificate / High School, Bachelor's degree or aboveMajor not restricted; business, English, Chinese or related fields preferred2. ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience in customer service, client management, or project coordinationExperience in immigration services, education consultancy, relocation services, or advisory roles is an advantageExperience in B2B, construction, real estate, manufacturing, or international trade will also be considered3.
